I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a poppyseed bagel. Very simple. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be made, two of the employees start laughing hysterically as they pull a bagel out of the toaster that was on fire. They put out the fire and it looked like they threw the burnt bagel in the trash. I get home and unwrap my breakfast sandwich and see its the burnt bagel that was on fire. And it's not poppy seed. I call the store and ask to talk to to a manager and it turns out the manager was one of the people laughing at the bagel being on fire. And she also said "we are out of poppy seed bagels anyway" before she hung up. Classy.
